HELP!

Last autumn some friends-of-friends who happend to be our neighbors were moving house and needed to wind down running the Milwaukee Literature Supply zine distro. A few days before they moved, they left us with three boxes of pre-printed zine flats and prime copies of said zines to make more dupes from. They indicated that they personally wouldn’t be starting up the distro again, but didn’t want to throw out all the materials, so they asked us to take them with the intention of rehoming the project.Now, nine months later, that time has come.

Our understanding was that the zines were given out for free at various community events and through the mail. The topics are varied, but mostly leftist/anarchist in nature, with a couple of queer things amongst everything else. A quick DDG search turned up a catalog from 2021 to give an idea of what materials they offered.

We’ve tried reaching out to folks in our communities, but aren’t as connected as we once were, and there’s not really a local info shop (that we know of) that is doing distro like this. It’s also outside of the work that we’re doing here at QZAP these days, but it would be a bummer to see it abandoned completely.

2. have the time and energy to continue or expand the distro as best you can
3. able to get this party started SOON – like before the end of the months
